Siu Nim Tau – Little idea
This form is taught from the very first lesson. It is made entirely of hand movements performed while standing in traditional Wing Chun basic stancee. Student learn to strengthen the lower and upper parts of the body. Students learn how to correctly perform the first Wing Chun movements and learn to breathe correctly.

Chum kiu – The birdge
The form is taught from the second level of the student. trained hands and feet movements. The student learns how to keep the balance, develop inner strength, which comes in handy during combat operations.

Dan Chi sau – One hand Chi sau
This training program which aims to develop the right moves, forces the corners, the senses, and the basic Wing Chun theories for practicing with a partner. After learning the dan chi sau the student can begin to learn two hand chi sau technique.

Trainig cycles student develops speed and accuracy, coordination sense. Learns WingChun initial theories – the center line of the triangle, lift mecha, direction and angles.

This program starts in on the first level and continues throughout the educational system. The most of it is developed in Lap sau and Chi sau programs. Students learn how to perform grabs, locks and how to break them. This helps ir real self-defense situations.

Students learn how to fight on the ground. Learn to defend against the action then oponent is the top, and student is on the ground. Learn to get out of this situation and fight in standing position.

Chi sau is two people form practiced with combat applications.
Chi sau is not a way to fight. It is the bridge between formal techniques and free fighting.
Chi sau is a way of learning the basic task – the correct hand movements, correct body, arms and legs, force, sensitivity and response.

Chi gerk is close distance legs technique.
Chi gerk is dominated by the same method – a bridge between formal techniques and their actual use.

In this program we learn how to feel the the moment required for the application of a certain technique and strength.
This is a free exercise cycles and adaptations which the benefits can actually adapt techniques in free fight.

Free fight is dedicated to combat and reflex skills mastery.

Fighting with sticks and knives
In this program the student learns to master the short (72cm) and the average length stick (182cm), and a knife. Learns to keep distance when fighting with weapons, to understand and experience the real threat in a weapon fight. They learn how to behave in a real situation where the attacker has a knife.
The student learns how to turn any available weapon like object aruond hin in to defencive weapon in extreme situations of self-defense.

Biu Tze – Flying fingers
These forms are taught in masters program. Highly accurate Wing Chun system actions are mastered in this form. As well as the student learns the various movements that can be applied in emergency situations.

Mook Yan chong Fa – Wooden dummy technique 
Wooden Dummy form and technique improves the stance, turns and helps develop explosive power. Practiced in various hands, feet and body action combinations, which makes this form the most effective and economical throughout the Wing Chun system.

Saam Sing Chong – Tripod wooden dummy technique
Form done with tripod wooden dummy. This technique improves the Chi gerk technique – stance, leg kicks, turns, and helps develop explosive leg strength. Look Dim Boon Kwun Fa – The long pole techniques
Long pole form is performed ​​with a 2.7 m long wooden stick.
Student’s goal is to master a long or heavy weapons. He form and it‘s performance makes students explosive strengf and body dinamics. These thechnicues can be successfully used in the free hand fight.

Bart Cham Dao Fa
Forms and applications aim is to master smal swords which is approximately 30 cm in length, which generally any short and sharp weapons. This technique, among other things, greatly enhances the power and accuracy of free fight, increase the speed and reaction, develops leg movements.
